Joshua Robertson
Chief Executive Officer
Joshua launched National HME (NHME) in 2006. NHME partnered with over 500 hospice programs, served 500,000+ patients, and created close to 500 jobs throughout the U.S. during his tenure at the company. In 2015, the company recapitalized and yielded a high rate of return for shareholders. Joshua also founded GrowCo Capital in 2014 that invests resources into entrepreneurial businesses and real estate projects throughout the United States.
Joshua graduated from Texas Tech University receiving an Executive MBA and a double major in honors management and marketing. He is actively involved in the Fort Worth Stock Show Syndicate, GrowCo Capital, Project 4031, and founding President for the Rawls Raiders Alumni Network (Texas Tech Business School). Joshua loves spending time with his wife and sons. He enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and golf.

George Robertson
Chairman of the Board
Entrepreneur, investor, and business visionary, George Robertson has started and led more than 20 companies in the healthcare, restaurant, and retail fields, creating jobs and opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area over the past 30 years. Selected by the Fort Worth investment community in 2013 to push forward EMist’s global public health initiative, he is helping to solve the growing problem of touch-transferable diseases through state-of-the-art technology.
George is a lifelong resident of North Texas and contributes his time and resources to special activities, including community affairs and global philanthropic projects.

Jerry Williams
Founder and Executive Chairman
Founder and Executive Chairman of MasVida Health Care Solutions. A graduate of Midwestern State University, Jerry moved to the DFW area in 1986 and has worked in the medical equipment rental field in various capacities since 1988. In June 1999, he cofounded J-Meds Medical Services and in June of 2018 joined forces with Geroge and Joshua Robertson to form Kalos Health Services.

John Sautter
Chief Operations Officer
As an accomplished leader, business professional and entrepreneur, John’s career span brings over 25 year of leadership experience to EMist. His broad experience in a variety of business roles capitalizes on process improvements, cost reduction, expansion, and strategic planning directives.
John has spent several years in the healthcare industry, previously as the Regional VP / Director of Operations with National Cardiovascular Partners, the pioneers of the hybrid outpatient cardiovascular ASC model. He was focused on business growth for the ASC business line throughout the state of Texas, as well as nationally, working on de-novo projects that expanded the brand to new markets.
John received both his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from Texas Tech University. He and his wife have four adult children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and as much time boating and snow skiing as possible with his family.

Christopher Crosby
Chief Financial Officer
Christopher joined MasVida Health from ORIX Corporation USA (“ORIX”), where he served in numerous roles including: Director of Corporate Development, Director of Portfolio Value Enhancement (to PE Fund), and CFO to a Private-Equity backed flagship portfolio company. Prior to ORIX, Christopher was a Senior Manager at Deloitte within the Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services group, serving some of their largest Strategic and Private Equity clients after completing five years in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting. He is also a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Christopher lives in Dallas with his wife and two kids. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and is on the underwriting committee at St. Jude’s.

Jenny Swain
EVP Sales & Clinical Initiatives
Jenny Swain brings over 20 years of long-term care experience to MasVida Health. After receiving her master’s degree in physical therapy from Texas Tech University, she specialized in executive-level sales and received her certification as a Wound Care Specialist. She launched her sales career with American Medical Technologies (Restorix), a leading independent provider of wound care solutions for long-term care facilities nationwide.
