Email Signature Setup Guide

Use the guides below on instructions for how to setup your official MasVida signature. To get started, click one of the buttons below per your system.

Setup MasVida Email Signature for Outlook (Windows)

Step 1

Click the link below to view the masvida email signature template:

Step 2

A google document containing the template should be opened in a new tab, highlight the signature and copy it:

Step 3

Follow the video to open up outlook’s email signature editor and paste the masvida signature from step 2 into the editor. Make sure to replace the default fields with your own!
NOTE: Please delete the placeholder text (ex. Title Goes Here) completely, then type in your title. Otherwise, font size and style will not look correct.

Setup MasVida Email Signature for Outlook (MAC)

Step 1

Click Outlook’s Settings… subnav menu item

Step 2

Click on the Signatures icon

Step 3

Click the Plus icon to open up a new window for editing an email signature

Step 4

View the email signature template by clicking the following link

Step 5

Copy the email signature TEMPLATE and paste it in the email signature EDITOR from Step 3

Step 6

Rename the Signature’s fields with your own professional information: first name, last name, job title, email…
NOTE: Please delete the placeholder text (ex. Title Goes Here) completely, then type in your title. Otherwise, font size and style will not look correct.

Step 7

Make sure to set the signatures for New messages and Replies/forwards, so it will be added to your emails automatically and you will be done!
